(a) We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order as per the Address provided in your Order. 

(b) Smartpac options, do note that your order delivery will be liable under Singapore Post Terms & Conditions. A tracking number will be provided to you upon delivery process and you can track your parcel at www.singpost.com/track-items or call 1605 with the tracking number given. 

(c) Courier Services options,

  • 3 consecutive attempts for over 3 working days. 
  • No pick-up from and deliver to Delivery Restricted Areas such as: 1.Changi Airport / 2.Alps Ave / 3.Sentosa / 4.Jurong Island 

(d) Upon delivery; within Singapore Post Terms & Conditions; to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising during the delivery process.

 (e) Do take note our mailing will be only be on Monday to Friday. No Mailing on Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
